Regulations :

We are very pleased to welcome you and we communicate some simple rules dictated by common sense and reciprocal

respect in order to guarantee all guests a pleasant stay.
The apartments are family-run structures and for them there is no full-time reception service, for this reason guests are asked to communicate their arrival time by phone or email 24 hours in advance.
Failure to give notice could lead to delays for which no complaints or refund requests will be accepted.
Check-in is from 14.00 to 18.00 and check-out by 10.00.
All guests, upon arrival, must deliver an identification document in order to register as required by law.

Guest data are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Conditions and Payments :

• Deposit:

• Within 5 days from the booking date, the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be credited to our current account .

• The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of these amounts.

• Payment is to be made at the time of check-out.

• In case of cancellation, the following penalties will be applied:

• from14 days before the stay, free cancellation and refund of the deposit paid.

• from 13 days the full amount of the reservation will be retained.

• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the amount of the booked stay will be withheld.

• In case of no-show, 100% of the cost of the stay will be withheld.

• Security deposit of € 100.00 which will be returned on the day of departure after a check of the apartment.

Additional costs :

• Final cleaning 90.00 €.

• Tourist tax 1.00 € per person / day.

• Linen change: set of towels 10.00 € set of sheets 10.00 €.

• Extra Continental breakfast 12.00 € per person / day.

• Absolute ban on smoking in the apartments.

We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects
personal left unattended in all rooms and gardens and also for any damage to
people, animals or things to and from third parties.
